September 14, 2017, Markham: Marissa Serrattan has joined the Markham office of Canadian Viewpoint team as Project Coordinator.
In this role, Marissa will be responsible for managing the quality of online data collection and offline fieldwork, and ensuring that projects for Canadian and US clients are conducted to specifications and within expected time frames.
With ten years of marketing research, leadership, and management experience, Marissa brings to Canadian Viewpoint Inc extensive knowledge of focus groups, online bulletin boards, ethnographies, recruit to online, telephone research, and IDIs. In her previous roles at Research House, Marissa was responsible for briefing and training telephone interviewers, as well as managing the phone room including outsourcer management, client relationships, and managing quality control.
